Fensterstück (Flaschen), 2024
The cyclical performance forms a silent and slow-motion frame around the End Expo. Using chalk and water, stencils, daily newspapers and a ladder curtains are drawn on and then washed off the window façades in sequences of articulation and erasure. The patterns are derived from PET water bottles designs, and prompt associations of vitality and loss, production and destruction.
End Expo - A consumer fair for mortals at Bauhaus Museum Dessau with The Association for the Palliative Turn, an art collective of artists, comedians, economists, scientists, medical and therapeutic professionals questions ‘business as usual’, both in relation to individual mortality and the problems of the world.
